Próspera ZEDE commissions its own notaries public. Pursuant to the Próspera Notary Public Commission Policy (§ 6-1-03-20-25-1) and the authority vested in the Registrar under the Próspera ZEDE Rules, commissioned individuals are authorized to serve as Notaries Public within the jurisdiction of Próspera ZEDE.
Verifying a Notary
The official, current list of duly commissioned notaries is maintained on the Registry of Notaries Public page of the Próspera ZEDE legal site. If someone presents themselves as a Próspera notary, you can verify their commission there.
