Guides and Resources

Onboarding Appointments

You can book a free appointment with the GSP for a basic overview of the core governing rules — Residency, Entity, Tax, Labor Law, and Regulated Industry onboarding sessions are all bookable from the Compliance Assistance page.

Official GSP Forms

The GSP publishes internal forms on the Internal GSP Forms page, completed and signed electronically:

  • Tax forms — Income Tax Collection Letters (personal and entity)

  • Cease and Desist form

  • Permits — Regulated Industry Permit and Non-Regulated Industry Business Operation Permit (see Permitting)

  • PZ Trust — Warrants of Payment

  • Marketable Tax Credits — MTC Program Offering and Application, and MTC Token Minting Exchange Form (see Marketable Tax Credits)

For MTC assignment forms, email GSP Admin at gsp@prospera.hn.

Information Sharing Obligations

To comply with international law on information exchange, Próspera ZEDE maintains communication channels with the Honduran National Banks and Insurance Commission (CNBS), formalized by RFSA Administrative Action No. 02/2022, the "RIFC–CNBS Information Sharing Accord". As detailed on the official Information Sharing Obligations page, international tax information exchange is governed by:

  • The Honduras–USA Agreement for the Exchange of Information with Respect to Taxes (1990)

  • The Honduras–USA FATCA implementation agreement (2014)

  • The Convention for Mutual Assistance and Technical Cooperation between the Tax and Customs Administrations of Central America (2006)

Honduras has been a member of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes since 2019. Through the information sharing accord, the CNBS can access reports from financial institutions operating within Próspera ZEDE — see Roatán Financial Services Authority (RFSA) for the AML framework.
