A Certificate of Good Standing/Registration is a shareable document that shows an entity's current status. The issued certificate includes a QR code linked to the entity profile in ePróspera.
Eligibility and fee
The portal currently offers this request for active For-Profit Corporations and LLCs that have not been dissolved. Before paying, confirm that the entity's required tax filings and payments are current.
The request costs $25.00. The portal warns that the fee is not refunded when a request is rejected because required taxes are missing or unpaid.
Request and download the certificate
Log in to the ePróspera portal and select Business.
Select the entity, open Manage, and choose Certificate of Good Standing.
Review the eligibility notice and select Request Certificate ($25).
Complete payment in the portal and wait for review.
Once the certificate is issued, select Download Certificate. It also remains available under Documents, and ePróspera sends an issuance email.
If the request is unavailable
Check the entity type, current status, and whether its required tax filings and payments are current. If the portal still does not show the option or reports an error, contact support through the portal help chat.
