An authorized entity administrator can start a residency-tier change from the entity's Summary section. The portal creates a change application and shows its status on the entity page.
Change the tier
Log in to the ePróspera portal and select Business.
Under My Entities, select the entity you want to update.
In Summary, find Residency Type and select Change.
Choose the requested residency type and complete the change application shown by the portal.
Review and submit the request. The entity page shows when a change is under review.
Drafts and requests under review
If you already have a draft, Change reopens that application. Once a submitted request is under review, the entity summary displays the requested change instead of starting another application.
If Change is unavailable
Confirm that you selected an entity you are authorized to administer. If the residency-type control is missing or the existing request cannot be continued, contact support through the portal help chat.
